Yes, I got one from Signal Dynamics (http://www.signaldynamics.com/). It blinks 3 times, then pauses, then repeats.
My wife followed me once and said the blinking confused then annoyed her. In other words, it worked!
As a minor improvement, I also put a strip of aluminum flashing shaped like an upside down "U" inside the brake light. It makes the light stand out better because it keeps the bulb in shadow. You can also use duct tape or anything else that's opaque.
